Joe Moorefounder & co-ownerJoe is proud that Meridian Design Group is close to celebrating it's 25 year anniversary. He feels blessed that so many of the stylists' at the salon have stayed with him and his wife, Sue, over the years. Having the unique experience of "wearing many different hats" as a stylist, an owner and a partner has enabled him to remain sharply tuned at keeping Meridian Design Group well suited in an industry notorious for change. | Jennifer Mosesmanager & stylistJennifer began her career in the hair industry in 1990. She has spent the majority of those years with Meridian Design Group and recently celebrated her twentieth year! She now does hair on a limited basis for her faithful clientele and is the manager for our downtown location and has been since 1998. She has participated in advance training with Toni & Guy and Redken. |
Ashleigh EllisAshleigh has been in the industry since 2005. She has taken every opportunity to bring her career to the next level by furthering her education. She has had extensive color training from the Redken Exchange in NYC. She is also a certified Great Lengths extension artist, including trendy color and feather extensions. Her work has been featured in Indianapolis Monthly and Indiana Bride on several occasions. She also had the opportunity to have her work showcased on the cover of the national magazine, GO Magazine. With a passion for wedding/special event hairstyling she offers on location services on your wedding day. She specializes in creative cutting and advanced color but appreciates the beauty of natural hair. While hair os Ashleigh's main focus she knows how important perfectly shaped eyebrows can complete a look and offers waxing services as well.
| Tommy YatesTommy has practiced cosmetology since 1970 and has been with Meridian Design Group for over 20 years. He has enjoyed working in New York City and Chicago with continued advanced training in both cities. Tommy specialized in all types of haircutting and dimensional hair coloring techniques and finished up styling while enjoying a very special clientele. |
Ron DaughertyRon has been a member of the Meridian Design Group team for 23 years. Specializing in precision hair cutting and various coloring techniques, a natural maintainable style is what he strives to achieve with every client. Ron feels blessed to have a large, faithful clientele in addition to having an extremely talented group of co-workers to learn from.

Teresa ZwitWest Michigan native Teresa has been in the ever-changing beauty industry since 2003. She is a certified colorist and educator for her primary color line ISO and has had extensive training with Redken. Teresa specializes in enhancing naturally curly hair through styling and product knowledge; she also specializes providing texture for those with straight hair. Focused on customer service and ensuring a one of a kind experience, Teresa provides flexible after-work hours and has incorporated manicures and pedicures into her repertoire of services. |

Greg StanovicGreg is your go-to-guy for great skin and make-up! If there is a new treatment or product to enhance your skin, you can bet Greg will know about it. Greg takes the time to "learn your skin." His secret-weapon specialties include medical-grade peels and products, microdermabrasion and expert make-up application and additional aesthetic treatments. His claim to fame? Make-up artist to Danica Patrick for the Boost Mobile multimedia ad campaign. | Allison RutledgeAllison started her career as a stylist in Lexington, KY where she studied under renowned celebrity stylist Brittin Tate. In 2008, Allison moved to Indianapolis where she has developed a strong taste for creating natural, modern movement in her styles and color. Allison excels in finishing work and balayage highlighting, which is an advanced European method of coloring that creates natural dimension. |
Candace Price-FinnellCandace considers herself to be a go-to stylist for a variety of haircare needs but is most proficient in maintaining the integrity of the hair. A former educator for L'Oreal Professional Color, Candace prides herself on the ability to create custom blended colors for clients who have double chemical processes - specifically chemical relaxers. She has earned numerous awards, styled for celebrities and has been featured in Indianapolis Monthly, Indianapolis Woman Magazine and The Indianapolis Recorder. Candace also has a passion for community outreach specifically related to domestic violence. As a former salon owner, Candace understands the executive client's specific needs to be catered to in a consistent, timely manner. Candace is elated to be a part of the Meridian Design Group team and looks forward to servicing you soon! | Tina PulliamTina started her career in the hair industry in 1984 and joined the Meridian Design Group team in 1996. She received her Redken Color Certification during her 6 years spent as an educator with Redken. Presently, Tina is working toward her BFA in Fine Arts and Ceramics at Herron School of Art. She looks for ways to tie her art education in with her years of experience in hair. Tina enjoys her long standing clientele, and is a forward-thinking stylist who aims to fit her clients' look with their lifestyle. Adrienne PedigoAdrienne graduated from Purdue University with a BA in Retail Management and studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York where she received a degree in Fashion Merchandising. During her time in NYC she worked at Harper's Bazaar magazine. She always had a passion for hair and being around editorial photo shoots, she took more interest in hair styling. She then returned home to Indiana to pursue a career in the beauty industry. While only being in the industry for a shot amount of time, Adrienne is able to apply her fashion background to creating looks that are always on trend. She specializes in creative and natural cuts and color, as well as wedding/special occasion hairstyling. |
Dina DessDina began working at Meridian Design Group in 1997. She received her education from Moscow Beauty Academy in Moscow, Russia. Dina specializes in natural manicures and pedicures. She also specializes - and has received additional training - in dealing with nail problems such as ingrown nails, difficult calluses, sensitized skin issues and other problems as well. Dina has a long-standing clientele but loves establishing new relationships with new clients. | Kathy BlanchardKathy started her career in 2003 and excels in servicing both men and women in a professional salon environment. Kathy was extensively trained by renown educators Steiner & Elemis in London, England. She furthered her career traveling the world on Oceania Cruise Line Salon & Spa. Now back on land and in the states, Kathy has gained a reputation for her innovative formal styles and specializes in wedding hair. Melissa StarkeyAfter graduating from beauty college in 2005, Melissa moved to Bloomington, Indiana to perfect her craft under international esthetics legend Carmen Delgado as Melissa only wanted to learn from the best. Melissa prides herself on providing every client with the best and most advanced skin care available. She is known for her gentle touch and the ability to provide the right treatment for each individual's unique skin type. Lindsey PincusLindsey began her career at Meridian Design Group in 2003. She believes in educating her clients on how to properly care for their hair and recreate styles at home. She specializes in dimensional coloring and advanced cutting techniques. Lindsey believes that combining the two customizes the right look for the right client. Lindsey frequently seeks outside education and attends classes at the Redken Exchange in New York to stay at the forefront of current trends. | Glenn HopkinsGlenn brings 10 years of experience behind the chair and specializes in dimensional color, corrective color, and dimensional highlighting techniques, as well as textural cutting techniques. Glenn has been received the latest education in trend specialties throughout his career. Some of the inspirational education artists include Sam Villa, Chris Sorbie and Omar Spina. Glenn's mission as a stylist is to provide each client with a personalized cut and color that will keep them in the current stylistic trends as well as the classic styles that will be tailored for their individual needs. |
| Debi McBroomDebi has been a well established designer in the hair industry since 1973. Originally apprenticed with internationally renowned Rick Ross, she was a member of Intercoiffer, top hair design association in US and Canada promoting the latest hair trends and European methods of hair cutting and design. She was the Director of Education for the Rick Ross Design Group. Debi continues to update her skills in hair cutting, color and dimensional high and low lighting by regularly attending classes with the Redken Exchange in New York. Debi joined Meridian Design Group in 1986. |

Mireya GarciaMireya joined Meridian Design Group in 1997. She specializes in advanced cutting, dimensional color and special event hair. Mireya also offers the Coppola Smoothing Treatment and is a certified Great Lengths Extension Artist. Mireya will accommodate for on-location special occasions. | Eric BooherEric has thrived in our industry for nearly two decades and still loves every minute! He is audacious when it comes to receiving education and frequents New York to visit the Redken Exchange in pursuit of the best training. Eric specializes in advanced coloring techniques and cutting techniques from classic to contemporary. He is also proud to offer the Yuko Japanese Straightening System and is certified to do so. His goal is to ensure all of this clients are educated on how to recreate styles at home so they don't just look good leaving the salon, but look good everyday. |
Allegra WallerAllegra is a graduate of New York City's Fashion Institute of Technology. She has found hair to be a creative process and applies her passion for art and fashion into her customized styles. Allegra is always eager to continue her education and has taken advanced training on precision cutting and dimensional color. | Michelle ArbuckleMichelle has been a skilled manicurist for over 15 years, 4 for which have been as part of the Meridian Design Group team. She prides herself on maintaining a clean environment and stays up-to-date on today's trends in nail care. She also pays close attention to the care and treatment of feet and toenails during her luxurious pedicure services and recently got a new, pipless pedicure chair! Michelle uses SpaRitual, a vegan multi-purpose line of nail and spa products. She also specializes in Brisa Gel sculpted nails and toes, which is completely formaldehyde-free. Michelle feels that every nail service she provides should be relaxing, fun and beautifying for each client. |

Sarah RichardsonSarah has always had an admiration for cosmetology. She attended Excel Academy in 2006 and has continued her education on keeping up to date with new color and cutting techniques. She specializes in advanced color placement and formal occasion styling. Extremely dedicated and passionate about her work, Sarah is always looking to achieve at state of the art look and still enhance the health and well being of her clients' hair. | Eric BoarmanEric recently celebrated his 20-year anniversy with Meridian Design Group. As a certified colorist with several product lines, Eric excels in multi-dimensional color and modern/classic design. he is also certified to preform Japanese Straightening and protein/smoothing treatments. Initially trained as a barber-stylist, Eric enjoys classical barbering and men styling as well as long and short women designs. She earned her license in 2005 and continually receives outside, advanced education where she is always in search of the most cutting edge techniques. Marianne RoseLicensed clinical aesthetician since 2005, Marianne's passion has always been in the medical division of aesthetic work. She is extensively trained in Ablative and non-ablative laser treatments, chemical peels, facials dermaplaining and a number of other skin treatments. Marianne also has extensive knowledge in the area of botox and derma-fillers. She has spent most of her aesthetic career working in a medical plastic surgery setting and specializing in anti-aging clinical skin-care. Her goal is to help you achieve healthy and radiant skin. |
Lauren McConnellLauren's passion for this industry began in 2003 and has taken her down many different paths. She has done many things from doing make-up and hair for the Super Bowl. She has also donated time and talent to the Susan G Komen Foundation and Down Syndrome Indiana. Lauren specializes in working with clients natural texture and dimensional color. She always says, " If your hair is curly, let it be curly. I can show you how to style and work with it not against it." Lauren takes time to get to know the client and their hair so together they create a look that works!
